At Lowering Trailers, we are committed to providing high-quality trailers built for durability and performance. While we do not accept returns, we proudly offer a Futura Trailers Two-Year Limited Warranty to ensure your trailer meets our standards of excellence.

Warranty Coverage
Each Futura Trailer is backed by our V3-2023 US-CAN-MEX Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of purchase.

To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must:

  1. Notify Futura Trailers or an authorized dealer within the warranty period or 10 days thereafter, providing:
    • The last 5 digits of the VIN number (located on the left side of the trailer tongue).
    • A detailed explanation and clear, dated photographs of the affected parts.
  2. Return the trailer to an authorized Futura Trailers dealer, distribution center, or service agent for necessary repairs.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims do not extend the original expiration date of the warranty.
